This gear setup is for the customers that do not have a 100 ton press required for pressing
the 3rd-4th and 5th-6th gears on the counter shaft.

There is 2 different cluster gear setups on the G56 Transmission. The tooth count for this gear
is 47-52-28-36-22-13. See our listing for the other ratio cluster gear setups.

The input shaft used with this counter shaft has 28 teeth part # G56-16A

If you are thinking you can cut corners do not, the guy who worked on the truck before I owned it rebuilt the transmission but did not have the 100 ton press and so the gears slipped on the counter shaft leaving me stranded. Allstate's Gear kit worked out perfectly for me that this gear cluster was all I needed and I did not  have to bring it to some other shop to have the gears pressed on.
