Bought this to replace the old sloppy shift tower in a 2000 Jeep Wrangler ranch jeep. It was very easy to do from the top - no need to remove transmission. Shifts are much tighter now.

Purchased a nv2550 shift tower minus shift lever. Its an excellent replacement. Includes the bottom rubber gasket and the plastic cup which snaps to the bottom of the lever. This renewed my sloppy, leaky, torn boots, rusted junk yard tower. This is actually less expensive than Used Recycled on Ebay. 4 day shipping! All my gear needs, using Allstate! Thank you.
