Gasket & Seal Kit for NP205 Transfer Case
The New Process 205 (NP205) transfer case, made by New Process Gear in Syracuse, NY, is a heavy-duty, gear-driven, part-time, manual-shift transfer case used in GM and Dodge vehicles during the 1970s and 1980s. The NP205 is also found in some Ford vehicles and trucks with Cummins diesel engines. It was mated to TH350 and SM465 transmissions between 1971 and 1979 and later to TH400 and SM465 transmissions.
We offer a line of several New Process 205 transfer case seal kits here, including NP205 seal kits specific to certain vehicles. TSK-205RDF is for Fords and Dodges with a remote-mount transfer case. NP205 gasket and seal kit TSK-205GDM is for GM and Dodge vehicles with a direct-mount transfer case. You'll also find NP 205 transfer case gasket and seals for GM and Dodge vehicles, except those with a Cummins diesel engine (TSK-205). Those with a Cummins diesel will require the TSK-205DCD kit.
