Dodge NP435 Main Shafts

Looking for NP435 main shafts to complete your transmission rebuild? We have the Dodge NP435 main shafts you need for this rock-solid transmission. The New Process 435 was used in several makes and models, including Dodge trucks from 1962 to 1993. In MOPAR transmissions, the shaft extends 8 3/8 inches from the case, while GM and Ford versions stick out 6 ½ inches.

The Dodge NP435 main shaft comes in two major versions. Early transmissions use a 10-spline shaft, while most transmissions built from 1968 and later have a 23-spline shaft. Ball-bearing retainers were used from 1962 until 1969, when most applications switched to a tapered roller bearing.
