Ordered 12/16/23 got thanks for your order email, then radio silence after that. It showed in stock shipping should be quick, I'm only 2 hours from SA. Called days later left message. Emailed no response, maybe they closed for holidays. I looked, nothing on website. 2days before New Years weekend I panicked no word from them. I rushed to order from someone else paid extra for fast shipping and then called that company 2 hours later to beg them to push the order out that day. The other (out of state) company told me they had already shipped my order, that was quick. I received that order two days later and was able to complete the rebuild I was working on. Two days after I received the part from the second company, I then received the part from ALLSTATE on my first order. I never did receive a call or email reply. It appears they just couldn't be bothered with putting a notice on their site letting customers know that there would be a long delay. This is NOT how you do business.
