I had removed the PTO from the side of the transmission in my Ford truck. I tried to make a plate of my own but it didn't really work out. I thought it would be hard to find that cover but I found it quickly through Allstate Gear. I ordered two gaskets and the cover and the product looked good and fit very well. After installing it and running the truck a bit there are no leaks and it looks great.
