I have ordered several hundred dollars worth of merchandise from Allstate Gear over the past few months and every item I have received has been exactly what I needed and worked perfectly. One time I did have a gasket that arrived torn. One phone call later with the company and I had another one sent to me in just a few days. Everyone I have talked to on the phone has been super helpful and nice. I did have to return one order because I didn’t need it anymore and they were very nice over the phone about that too. They let me know when they received it and they were honest about my refund. I got it shortly after they said they received my order. So far I have not had a bad experience with this company and I have already done several transactions with them. I will continue to do business with them in the future.
