Quick but Wrong but Helpful |

I ordered this part for my 2001 Jeep Wrangler TJ at a very reasonable price and the part shipped and arrived quickly, but when I opened the box, the two pieces didn’t fit together. I had received the incorrect shift rod and it was literally a case of trying to put a square piece into a round hole. So I called in to the returns/exchanges department. The man I talked to was helpful and told me he would send me a replacement part as well as a return form with a case number on it to send back the incorrect part I received at no charge. The call and return process were actually surprisingly painless. I’m still waiting on the new part and the form to arrive, but at the time of writing this review it’s only been one business day, so no worries as of yet. As of now, my only critique for improvement is attention to detail on the part of whoever packages the parts before shipment. Otherwise, I’m satisfied with the company overall so far.
