Almost OEM January 20, 2024 Reviewer: Rich's Cabins from North Powder, OR United States   It works and took care of my issue of having difficult shifting.  It was not quite the same as OEM because it extended the shift stick an addition 1.25".  It's no big deal now that I'm using it, but though it might feel odd having the shift knob a bit closer.
