I have a 2005 Jeep Liberty 3.7L V6 4x4 Sport with 250000 miles on it. I changed out the transfer case fluid, put in 4-wheel drive to check, and the part-time indicator light on the dash decided to stay on when out of 4-wheel drive. This is caused by a bad indicator switch on top of the transfer case. I ordered the part from ALLSTATEGEAR, it arrived quickly, a perfect fit, and problem solved. A note: the o-ring that is at the base of the threads is bought separately. I found it on Amazon along with the 1 1/2 inch deep well socket needed to remove the old and install the new switch. The indicator switch I purchased from ALLSTATEGEAR was reasonably priced too. I'm very pleased with the customer service as well; I contacted them about the o-ring missing from the part; they were nice, professional, and answered my questions directly. Thank you.
