I read some reviews on Allstate that were rather horrible and, I admit, I was put off by them. I understand mistakes will happen but, I also know some people have an unreasonable expectation. I would hope that Allstate would make attempts to correct mishaps in the retail process contrary to some of the reviews. I needed a specific part and Allstate had it at a reasonable price. My order went fine and I received my part in a timely manner.
