I initially was not 100% sure what transmission I had whether it was a gm or dodge. I called to make sure I ordered the correct shifter. I called almost at 4pm because that was the only time I had available but when I spoke with a rep he made it sound like he was in a rush and I was annoying him, I described the way the shifter looked he told me the part to order and said ok got to go and hung up on me. This took all of 4-5 minutes. If he was in a rush he should of not picked up the phone. Next time I need something I will think twice before I order from this company, for me customer services is huge and will even pay extra for good customer service.
