Excellent product, exactly what I needed, however, your instructions need to add a note about fitting the brake shoes to the brake drum before installation. everything fit when partially assembled, but when installed, the brake drum would not turn; the brakes shoes are too big. I spoke to your technician who told me the brake shoes had to be "fit" to the drum. There is no reasonable expectation that replacement parts have to be custom fit, but if a note had been included to do this, it would have been a simple matter (I had to grind down the pivot pins a bit, and sand down the brake shoes; 15 minute's work). Since disassembling the unit causes the seals to break and the bearing to be damaged, I asked your customer service to send new ones at no charge. Your company did this with no argument and I am grateful that all ended well. I installed the unit and everything works. Thanks for the great customer service and I have already passed your information to some friends in the business.
