Ordered my parts online, but wanted to confirm the numbers with a person. A 100 year snowstorm hit their location! 2 days later, a young man answered the phone and not only confirmed the fitment of the parts, he put his hands on them and insured the shipment that day ( Friday). I received my parts 4 days later. I rebuilt my e-brake on my motorhome, and ready to go camping again.
